1. The boring framing
These Terms govern your use of replyallregrets.com (“the Site”), operated by Reply All Regrets™ (“we”, “us”). By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you don’t, please don’t.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Orders that appear fraudulent or violate these Terms may be cancelled at our discretion.
3. Products
Every product is print-on-demand. We don’t carry inventory; each order is manufactured to order by our fulfillment partner. As a result:
- Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product.
- Each unit is hand-finished and may vary 1–3% in placement or trim.
- Sizing charts on each product page are the canonical reference; we cannot accept “wrong size” returns when the size matches the chart.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, edit listings, or correct errors at any time.
4. Pricing & taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We collect sales tax in states where we have a tax obligation; your cart will show the final tax-inclusive total before you pay.
We try to keep prices accurate; if a product is listed at an obviously wrong price (e.g. a $20 mug listed at $0.20), we may cancel the order and refund you.
5. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. By placing an order you authorize the charge to the payment method you provide. If your payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
6. Shipping
See our Shipping page for current carriers, transit estimates, and rates. Production typically takes 2–7 business days plus transit. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks your order delivered.
7. Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Grievances page for the full policy. Briefly: defects and shipping damage are our problem; “I changed my mind” generally isn’t, because every item was printed for you specifically.
8. Intellectual property
All designs, slogans, illustrations, layouts, photography, and Site copy are © Reply All Regrets™ or its contributors and licensed exclusively to us. “Reply All Regrets” is our trademark. Buying a product gives you the product; it does not give you a license to reproduce, resell, or modify the design.
You may post photos of your purchased items on social media. You may not use our artwork to make derivative products, train AI models, or apply our designs to other goods.
9. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Site to: scrape it commercially, place fraudulent orders, harass us or other users, or do anything illegal. We may refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
10. Disclaimer
The Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or any product is capped at the amount you actually paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
