Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. If you order on a Friday at 4:58 PM, we see you.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping — $4.50 flat rate
• Free shipping — On all orders over $40
• Expedited shipping — Available at checkout; rates vary by carrier

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after processing. Expedited options available at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates. We cannot control the postal system any more than we can control a reply-all chain.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed when your order ships. You can also check your order status at any time.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at contact page and we will sort it out.
