Returns & Grievances: A Formal Notice

Thank you for your interest in initiating a returns inquiry. Please read the following policy in full before proceeding. Management has been informed of your complaint.

Section 1: General Policy Statement

All Reply All Regrets products are made to order via our approved fulfillment partner, Printify. Each item is produced specifically for you upon purchase. Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection (please consult the size guide, which exists for this exact scenario)
  • Buyer’s remorse, general dissatisfaction with one’s choices, or a sudden shift in aesthetic preferences

Section 2: Eligible Claims (The Short List)

We will issue a replacement or refund for items that arrive in one of the following documented states:

  • Defective: Manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or legibility of the product
  • Damaged in transit: Shipping damage attributable to carrier handling (evidence required)
  • Misprinted: Significant deviation from the approved design — blurry, misaligned, or substantially incorrect artwork
  • Wrong item received: You ordered one thing and received a different thing. This is our problem, not yours.

Section 3: Claim Submission Requirements

To file an eligible claim, you must:

  1. Submit your claim within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Claims received after this window will be acknowledged but not actioned.
  2. Include a photo of the defect or issue. Written descriptions alone are insufficient for processing.
  3. Use the Contact page to submit your claim. Do not reply to shipping notifications; those emails are unmonitored.

Section 4: Resolution Options

Upon review and approval of your claim, we will issue one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Store credit — applicable toward a future order
  • Reprint — a replacement item produced and shipped at no additional cost

Cash refunds to the original payment method are not available for fulfilled orders.

Section 5: Fulfillment Note

Fulfillment is handled by Printify. All defect claims are routed through our standard review process as described above — please do not attempt to contact Printify directly, as they will redirect you back to us, and everyone’s time will have been wasted.
