You can check the status of your order at any time using the options below.
Track your order
A tracking number was emailed to you when your order shipped. Use that number on the carrier website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your selected shipping method).
View order history
If you have an account, you can view all your orders in My Account → Orders.
Did not receive a tracking email?
- Check your spam folder. We know. We are sorry. Email filters are worse than reply-alls.
- Allow 1–2 business days after ordering for processing before tracking activates.
- If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have nothing, contact us.
